Training For Strength

There is something I want to learn.¬† I have been talking to my friend about working out because he is one of those dudes who is always at the gym. This guy can bench press a lot of weight for many raps although I don’t remember what he etold me. I think that I am going to go to th egym with him so I can get stronger and It hink that would make me happy, too, so then I coul d go around and feel better. The only thing is I don’t really know what to do when I get there. I mean I know a few of the basic exercises and I thin that I would be able to do some but I want to ambush my muscles with work so that they get super strong. My friend said that you have to shock your muscles into growth. He said if you always do the same thing you won’t get stronger so he changes things around. I think that makes sense. I know that I have done pushups and I will get to about 40 and then I can’t do anymore so maybe what I need to do is change things around. I am also going to talk to him about supplements since I think he probably uses them. The reason I am going to is I don’t ant to take anything that I don’t need but there are a few different types out there that claim to help epeople get to their instant results. Of course that is probably not true. I was reading about how you should give your muscles a chance to recover between workouts and I think that is probably why my friend takes things the way he does.

SPandex is defeinitely not what I want to be wearing when I go to the gym. I think that I will just get some normal pants to wear and then some gloves so that I don’t get blisters. Actually, I heard you shouldn’t actually wear gloves when you lift weights because it can cause issues with how your body responds. I’m not sure what it was talking about. I think I will probably want to also check out a supplement¬† that I saw and see if it is really as effective as they claim when it comes to weight loss since you naturally would wonder about that kind of thing.
